The purpose of the Self Reliance group is to help us learn and put into practice principles of education, hard work, and emotional resilience. In the Emotional Resilience group you will cover building emotional resilience through; developing healthy thinking patterns, managing stress and anxiety, understanding sadness and depression, and overcoming anger. The Emotional Resilience group will teach you principles to strengthen you on a deeper level, while also developing healthy coping skills to meet life’s challenges and opportunities.
The group will meet on Thursdays at 7:00, beginning September 5.
